<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-wavelength laser irradiation device capable of stable AF control. <P>SOLUTION: A recording film of an optical disk is offset-irradiated with an elliptical laser spot 4a for initialization and a laser spot 4b for focusing, and autofocus control is performed using reflected light from an object irradiated with the laser spot 4b for focusing. Thus, stable autofocus control which is not affected by reflectance variation etc. caused by initialization mixture of the recording film of the optical disk can be performed, so that the optical disk is stably initialized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
