<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire which can easily and properly wind a sheet-shaped laminate comprising a resin film and an unvulcanized rubber sheet onto a molding drum. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire including a process in which the sheet-shaped laminate 1 is conveyed to the molding drum 11, the conveyed sheet-shaped laminate 1, while being held on the peripheral surface of the molding drum 11, is wound in a posture in which the resin film 3 is placed inside, when the resin film 3 is laminated on the surface of the unvulcanized rubber sheet 2, in view in the carrying direction A, the preceding end edge 4 of the resin film 3 is protruded to the downstream side in the carrying direction A from the preceding end edge 5 of the unvulcanized rubber sheet 2, a resin film protrusion 8 is formed, the resin film protrusion 8 is held precedently on the peripheral surface of the molding drum 11, and the sheet-shaped laminate 1 is wound onto the peripheral surface of the molding drum 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
