<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of forming an FPD (flat panel display) member causing no crack even when forming a thick film, and having superior transparency, heat resistance and smoothness, with less number of times of coatings. <P>SOLUTION: The flat panel display member forming material contains (A) silica particles, (B) organosilane, or the like expressed by formula (1): R<SP>1</SP><SB>n</SB>SiR<SP>2</SP><SB>4-n</SB>(in formula, R<SP>1</SP>denotes a 1-8C monovalent organic group, and when two or more R<SP>1</SP>exist, they may be the same or different from each other. R<SP>2</SP>denotes a 1-5C alkoxy group, a 1-6C acyloxy group, or a halogen atom, and when two or more R<SP>2</SP>exist, they may be identical or different from each other. An integer (n) is in the range of 0-3.), and (C) an organic metal compound, and contains the organic metal compound (C) in a range of 0.0001-10 pts.wt. to the total 100 pts.wt. of the silica particles (A) (provided that it is expressed in terms of a solid material), and the silane compound (B) (provided that it is expressed in terms of complete hydrolyzed condensate). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
