<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminated resin sheet suitable for a transparent touch panel substrate having a rear surface of excellent surface hardness, wherein the rear surface is on opposite side to a surface where a transparent electro-conductive film is formed. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent laminated resin sheet 10 includes a polycarbonate resin layer 1 and an acrylic resin layer 2, wherein the transparent electro-conductive film 21 is formed on a surface 10a of the resin sheet 10, and the resin layer 2 is laminated on another face 1b opposite to a face 1a where the transparent electro-conductive film 21 of polycarbonate resin layer 1 is formed.
