PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealing film member suppressing occurrence of blister by preventing intrusion of liquid to the inside. SOLUTION: A left flexible film 80 is formed by laminating a thin film-like PP film 81 attached to a damper body 51 to cover a left valve containing chamber 58 in relation to the damper body part 51 formed with the left valve containing chamber 58 opened toward the left side and storing ink, and disposed on a face in contact with ink and regulating permeation of ink; a thin film-like moistureproof film 84 regulating permeation of moisture, disposed at the outside opposing to the inside in contact with liquid in the PP film 81; and at least one layer of thin film-like PET film 83 disposed between the PP film 81 and moistureproof film 84.
