PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for readily setting mutually different back-off counters with respect to a plurality of radio devices. SOLUTION: A generation section 30 generates a beacon frame. A control section 28 manages the back-off counter subtracted for each slot time as timing for transmitting the generated beacon frame. The beacon frame includes a first value which is larger than the number of terminal units to be communicated, and a second value that is a second value imparted to each terminal unit so as to be different and which is set within a range of a value smaller than the first value. The control section 28 sets the first value as the back-off counter before starting subtraction. A communication section 22 transmits the beacon frame, when the beacon frame can be transmitted when the back-off counter managed by the control section 28 becomes zero. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
