PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator alarm device capable of performing an advertisement-propaganda by using a door of an elevator in normal time, in the device for informing abnormality in the elevator to the elevator vicinity and performing a report. SOLUTION: An alarm device and an advertisement device superior in the visibility effect are provided by reproducing a screen and a loudspeaker of the elevator door, by delivering a picture and voice from an information center 1 having a picture deliverable server 101 in a picture projector such as a projector having the picture receiving function, by laying the screen 301 and the loudspeaker 302 in the door of the elevator and on its periphery.
