PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a carry-in opening of a warehouse, which is provided with a fall prevention safety device. SOLUTION: The fall prevention safety device 1 is installed at a carry-in entrance 10 located higher than the second floor to carry a baggage B in and out of a warehouse S. The fall prevention safety device 1 is provided with a horizontal safety bar 2 horizontally installed so as to freely go up and down along vertical guide members 3, 3 disposed at the right and left edges 11, 12 of the carry-in entrance 10.
