PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle approach alarm sound from affecting the surrounding environment by outputting the vehicle approach alarm sound only to the pedestrian, or the like, in the region in the traveling direction of an electric vehicle, and to inform approach of an electric vehicle reliably to the elderly people, or the like. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic parametric speaker of superdirectivity using ultrasonic waves is mounted on the electric vehicle 1, and ultrasonic waves modulated by the vehicle approach alarm sound are radiated from a pair of ultrasonic wave radiators 7a and 7b attached to the vehicle front to a specific limited region in the traveling direction of the vehicle 1 so that the vehicle approach alarm sound does not become noise to the circumference of the vehicle 1. Furthermore, a vehicle approach informing device receives ultrasonic waves from the electric vehicle 1, and reliably informs approach of the electric vehicle 1 to the elderly people, or the like, by an informing means using vibration, or the like.
