PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a uniformity of a quality as a product and a productivity of a wheel for a festival cart that encounters a large load by an intense movement and a weight of the festival cart. SOLUTION: A wheel 11 for the festival cart is manufactured by cutting a composite timber that is formed by composing and bonding a plurality of timbers with each fiber direction in parallel. A plurality of square timbers 21 are used as the timbers, and a butt end 23 of the timber is square-shaped and vertical and horizontal dimensions of the butt end 23 are the same. The composite timber is formed by arranging these square timbers 21 so that the butt ends 23 are to form a plurality of vertical and horizontal rows in a grid pattern. Since the composite timber is formed of the square timbers of the same dimensions, the composing and bonding can easily and accurately be performed. A circular circumferential face which is a contact face of the wheel 11 for the festival cart with the ground is formed parallel to the fiber direction of the square timbers 21.
