A single-pole endoprothesis of hip joint is proposed, containing hollow head with a neck and leg made as detacheable joint. The head consists of two connected sealed elements, one having thin wall and represents spherical envelope of the head, and another represents a part of the head remaining with the neck having closed axial conical opening for connection with leg neck, and the head is fillied with bioinert liquid or gel with excessive pressure, formed during connection of two head elements. And teo head elements are connected between them, e.g., by self-packing screw, and relative screwing of them to certain depth preliminary determined excessive pressure is formed in head hollow, and then the screw is processed by plastic deformation, providing permanent connection and it additionally sealing. |
