A devirticulization process at duodenum fistules comprises the stem vagotomy, antrumectomy with gastroenteroanastomosis by Ru, duodenostomy on tubular catheter. A catheter with inflating balloon is insterted to the large intestine and strand of large cap is sutured to duodenostomy, and rubber cuff is fixed on tubular catheter and into the descending department of duodenum a probe of polyvinyl is guided transnasally.
