CARRIER BOARD FOR TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: A carrier board for a test handler is provided to protect a connector and an insert. CONSTITUTION: Electronic parts are mounted on an insert(110). A circuit board(130) is placed on a lower layer of the insert and is electrically connected to the electronic parts. A board frame(120) supports the circuit board and the insert. A connector(140) is installed on one side of the board frame and electrically connected to the circuit board and a tester.
