PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practically anhydrous, warming, nontoxic and nonirritating lubricating composition treating fungal and bacterial infectious diseases. SOLUTION: The composition contains at least two polyhydric alcohols of about 80 wt.% to about 98 wt.%, a gelling agent, antifungal imidazole, and an organic acid as a pH adjusting agent. As the polyhydric alcohols, preferably propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol are listed, as the gelling agent, hydroxypropylcellulose is preferably listed, and, as the pH adjusting agent, lactic acid is preferably listed.
