<p>A front end seal head pipe box for a water-cooling machine set shell-and-tube condenser with a rubber ball on-line cleaning function is disclosed. A front end seal head pipe box (2) is internally provided with an automatic rubber ball on-line cleaning device. The cleaning device and the front end seal head pipe box are integrally assembled with each other. The pipe box also includes a ball receiving device, a rubber ball collecting chamber (6), a ball sending device, a division guiding device, a ball-sending division plate (24), a ball observing means (11), an automatic rubber ball receiving-sending control valve (5), an automatic end pressure difference detecting and recording device and an automatic rubber ball cleaning controller besides common designs of a front end seal pipe box. The pipe box of the present invention has simple and compact structure. The receiving-sending and cleaning processes of the rubber ball are realized based on the hydraulic principle and pressure difference between the cooling water inlet and outlet. The box avoids external power, and saves energy. The box has environmentally friendly performance.</p> |
