ARRAY TYPE CHIP RESISTOR

PURPOSE: An array type chip resistor is provided to prevent damage to a register by arranging the resistor on the bottom of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: In an array type chip resistor, a substrate(110) is comprised of a rectangular parallelepiped. A bottom electrode(130) is arranged on the both sides in the lower part of the substrate and has an interval between the bottom electrodes. A leveling electrode(170) is contacted with the bottom electrode which is exposed from a protective layer. A plating layer(180) is formed on the leveling electrode.
