PURPOSE: A shoe insole and a manufacturing method thereof using hemp is provided, which improve antibacterial, ventilation, and hygroscopic properties. CONSTITUTION: A shoe insole manufacturing method using hemp comprises: a process of manufacturing hemp non-woven fabric; a process of manufacturing hemp cloth; a fabric bonding process of making shoe insole base material; and a cutting process of cutting the base material into a shoe insole shape. The process of manufacturing hemp non-woven fabric comprises: a mixing process of mixing hemp fiber, synthetic fiber, and LMF in the weight ratio of 55:15:30; a carding process of arranging the mixed fiber; a web formation process of spreading the fiber; a punching process of changing arrange of fiber into a three dimensional structure; a molding process; and a finishing process. |
