PURPOSE: A karaoke system using a 3D avatar, and a method thereof are provided to display a 3D avatar by converting a user's 2D avatar which is managed by the user through an internet. CONSTITUTION: A 2D avatar providing server(100) generates and manages 2D avatar, and transmits the 2D avatar image. A 3D avatar providing server(200) processes the 2D avatar into a 3D avatar image. A karaoke system plays a sound source by the user's input code number, and provides lyrics. A dance action controller(300) controls the 3D avatar by the 3D dance motion information. |
