PURPOSE: A device and a method for providing shopping information are provided to offer a various shopping opportunities to consumers by effectively transmitting a product information mail to the consumers. CONSTITUTION: A collector(310) collects mails transmitted from a plurality of shopping malls. A filtering unit(320) selects mails related with shopping information. An extractor(340) extracts the shopping information from the mails related with shopping information. An information provider(380) provides the shopping information to consumers. A product information storage unit(330) receives and stores products information of the shopping malls.
