PURPOSE: A processing apparatus for receiving a text message, a method thereof and a customer center service system are provided to clearly recognize a text message after receiving frequently asked questions through the text message. CONSTITUTION: A number authentication server(103) manages a representative number by which a user applies for a text message reception. A data linking server(102) receives a text message which is transmitted from a mobile communication company. A DB server(105) stores the transmitted text message. A customer center server(104) outputs text message to a customer center operator. The number authentication server connects a mobile communication company in order to receive the requested text message. |
