PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus and a lighting system having the same are provided to remove the afterimage of a residual current by connecting a dummy resistor to a current driving emitting device in parallel and applying AC voltage. CONSTITUTION: In a lighting apparatus and a lighting system having the same, an AC driving LED(Light Emitting Device) is electrically connected to an external power supply. The AC driving emitting device emits light by receiving the AC current supplied from an external power. A DR(Dummy Resistor) is electrically connected to the external power to be connected in parallel with the AC driving emitting device. An IR(Internal Resistor) has one terminal which is electrically connected to the AC driving emitting device and the dummy resistor. The internal resistor has the other terminal which is electrically connected to a frame ground.
