PURPOSE: A porous metal preparation method using vapor evaporation is provided to improve bio-affinity effect by controlling pore size to make magnesium wire more than 99.99% evaporate in a metal powder sintered process. CONSTITUTION: A porous metal preparation method using vapor evaporation is as follows. A preform is made by mixing titanium metal powder and magnesium wire. The magnesium wire evaporates to manufacture a sintered body after the preform is treated by heat in vacuum. The amount of the magnesium component is measure from the sintered body.
