PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of paper cup, which keeping an insulation layer at outside of a paper cup, is provided to protect the hands of a user from the heat of drinks in a paper cup. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of paper cup comprises follows. Hotmelt foaming resin is discharged by inputting hotmelt and nitrogen in order to manufacture hotmelt resin. Through nozzle the hotmelt poly vinyl alcohol obtained from the evacuation step. The boundary surface of a paper cup(10) which laminated on a rotational plate is covered. An insulation part is formed in the outside area converted with hotmelt foaming resin(30) to surround the circumference of the paper cup with specific distance in a covering process. An embossing peripheral groove is formed on the boundary surface of the paper cup. The hotmelt foaming resin is covered on the inner surface of the embossing peripheral groove. |
