PURPOSE: A dental prosthesis manufacturing method is provided, which can produce minute prosthesis more quickly by reducing error and working period. CONSTITUTION: A dental prosthesis manufacturing method comprises: a step of making a pattern body(2) by placing elastic material on a model(5); and a step of taking out pattern body without deformation, attaching a sprue and performing burying, recall, and casting. When the pattern body being taken out of a mold, the pattern body can be easily take out by elasticity of the material.
