PURPOSE: A vibration-proof pipe connecting structure is provided to offset vibration and shock in an intermediate medium because a flange of a pipe and a connection unit are not contact with each other. CONSTITUTION: A vibration-proof pipe connecting structure comprises a pipe(10), a connection unit(20), a connection pipe(30), and an intermediate medium(40). The connection unit has a fitting hole(21) and an annular expanded protrusion(22). The connection pipe is inserted into the fitting hole of the connection unit. One end of the coupling unit(32) of the connection pipe is placed in the expanded protrusion. The intermediate medium for isolating vibration and maintaining water tightness is inserted into the coupling unit of the connection pipe and a flange(12) of the pipe.
