PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to minimize loading applied to a signal input terminal and a signal output terminal by operating a shift register in an SIMO type. CONSTITUTION: A forward shift register unit(300) shifts stores an input signal while shifting it. A reverse shift register unit(320) stores the input signal while shifting it and returns the input signal to an original position. A transfer unit transfer the input signal to the reverse shift register unit.
