PURPOSE: A flange manufacturing method using cold working is provided to make better use of a flange member, since both ends of a flange member are processed at fixed curvature. CONSTITUTION: A flange manufacturing method using cold working comprises following steps. A metal flange member(10) of stick or plate shape extended in a longitudinal direction is prepared. Both ends of the flange member are curved to one side which forms the inner surface of a flange after molding. The flange member is formed into a ring-shaped flange by cold working using multiple rollers(30,31,32).
