PURPOSE: An outer cap for a natural ventilation opening is provided to prevent the infiltration of rainwater by quickly and effectively draining the rainwater through a slope part. CONSTITUTION: An outer cap for a natural ventilation opening comprises a cylinder(10) which has a flange(11) of larger diameter on a side, supporting parts(12,12') on the exterior, gallery plates(13,13') on the interior, and first and second slope parts(14,15). The first slope part has the same inclination as the gallery plates and faces the inside of the cylinder. The second slope part has upward inclination from the leading end of the first slope part to the end of the cylinder. The flange has a sealant filling groove(16) in which a diffusion guide projection(17) lower than the edge of the flange and a drain hole are formed.
