PURPOSE: A neighboring individual search service method and a neighboring individual search service system are provided to receive native information about people within a fixed distance whenever a user moves. CONSTITUTION: A management server obtains requested location information from a mobile communication terminal of a requester who has requested the search of a person. The management server searches within a fixed radius based on requester location information. The management server detects a target person who coincides with the native information of a requester. The management server transceives target location information to the mobile communication terminal of the requester. The mobile communication terminal of a requester provides target person location information received from the management server as visual information or sound information.
