摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a penetration section of a fire compartment and its structure, which prevents the heat, fire, smoke and the like, arose on one side across a partition including the penetration section of the fire compartment, from reaching the other side even when a resin piping, a cable, or a heat insulating sheath pipe, which is laid through the fire compartment, is deformed or burned out in a fire. SOLUTION: According to the construction method, the resin piping, cable, or heat insulating sheath pipe is inserted into the penetration section 5 of the fire compartment, so that the piping, cable, or pipe penetrates through the fire compartment provided on the partition for a building. A tape-shaped molded body 2 is wrapped around and fixed on the part for the penetration section for the resin piping, cable, or heat insulating sheath pipe, the molded body made of a thermal expansion material having the expansion ratio of 3 to 40 times that of normal state subjected to the heat with irradiation value of 50 kw/m2. After the fixation, the gap between the penetration section 5 and therein piping, cable, or thermal insulating lagged pipe is filled up with mortar, noncombustible material, or putty.</p>
