PURPOSE: An inside spoon for instant coffee and tea powder is provided to prevent a drinker from being exposed to an ED(endocrine disrupter) by stirring coffee and tea with the spoon inside packages. CONSTITUTION: An inside spoon or a stick is attached to the inside of an upper portion, on a cut unit of packages for instant coffee and manufactured powdered tea. The inside spoon or the stick is produced with a paper material. A drinker stirs coffee or tea with the paper spoon or the paper stick in outdoors or in an office.
