<p>PURPOSE: A water permeable block with enhanced surface abrasion rigidity is provided to enhance water permeability and to prevent the rigidity decrease of a surface layer, the separation and crack of an aggregate material. CONSTITUTION: A water permeable block with enhanced surface abrasion rigidity comprises a lower layer(110) and a surface layer(120). The lower layer consists of a mixed aggregate of 1,400~2,000kg of up to 13mm per unit volume(1m^3), Portland cement of 300~400kg, admixture of 0.1~1weight% of the cement, water of 20~30weight% of the cement. The surface layer consists of a fine aggregate of 1,400~2,000kg of 3~7mm per unit volume(1m^3), Portland cement of 300~400kg, silica fume of 2~15weight% of the cement, concrete polymer of 2~10weight% of the cement, pigment of 2~15weight% of the cement, admixture of 0.1~1weight% of the cement, water of 20~30weight% of the cement, and filament-type basalt fiber of 0.02~0.05weight% of the cement.</p> |
