PURPOSE: A semiconductor apparatus and a control method of the same are provided to prevent a chip from operating in abnormal power by prevent an abnormal current path. CONSTITUTION: A power up signal generator(110) generates a power up signal. Drivers(120,130) drive the power up signal. A main circuit block(140) performs a unique function according to the output of the driver. A power up signal generator, the input or output terminal of the driver, and a main circuit block are connected to each other through a metal option. |
