<p>Preparation of silver halide photographic element containing as constituent(s) of the colloidal part for the photosensitive and for auxiliary layers, synthetic polymer(s) (I) containing units of general formula:- where R1, R2, are identical or different, H or alkyl gps. R3 = H, alkyl, or aryl or aralkyl gp. x = zero or integer. R1, R2 and R3 are pref. H, x is integer. One of (I) is poly-beta-acrylamido propionamide, or its copolymer with an ethacrylate, or with vinyl acetate or with acrylic acid, or with acrylamide. The amount of (I) present is 0.5-80%, calculated on the gelatine.</p> |
