PURPOSE: A producing method of functional kimchi using phellinus linteus mycelia is provided to improve the flavor and the taste of the kimchi using phellinus linteus. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional kimchi using phellinus linteus mycelia comprises a step of adding 0.5~50% of phellinus linteus mycelium culture fluid when producing the kimchi. The kimchi is selected from the group consisting of brassica juncea kimchi, wrapped kimchi, young radish kimchi, white kimchi, radish kimchi, and watery radish kimchi. |
