PURPOSE: A system for diagramming location information data and a method thereof are provided to increase the data search speed by diagrammatizing the relative location information of a data. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(210) inputs a first data having location information. An analyzer(220) analyzes the inputted first data, and extracts the location information. A data generator(230) generates the first data as a second data using the extracted location information. The second data is matched on a specific point of a grid intersecting point. A storage unit(240) stores the second data and the diagram.
