PURPOSE: A position guiding and control system and a method for mooring of a ship are provided to guide the location of a moored ship by detecting a target ship through real time ship information. CONSTITUTION: In a position guiding and control system and a method for mooring of a ship, a controller(30) automatically registers an unregistered ship. A control center transmits a ship guide signal and a control signal for a ship. The control signal controls the mooring and departure of the ship. A ship guide system(20) outputs the location information of the moored ship. A control unit(40) controls the ship to be moored or departed.
