At least one of the first supply means and the second supply means is rotatable. A layer structure of yarn layers is formed on a peripheral surface of the mandrel (M). The layer structure of yarn layers includes at least yarn arrangement layers formed respectively by the first and second supply means and a woven layer formed by the braider.
