PURPOSE: A post system and method for messages are provided to post a message to a web bulletin by using a message service. CONSTITUTION: An information reception unit(110) receives web bulleting request information including receiver identification information and message contents information from a message service center of a mobile communication system. A web bulletin board searching unit(120) searches a web bulletin corresponding to the receiver identification information included in the web bulletin request information received through the information receiving unit. A web display processing unit(130) registers the message content information included in the web display request information to the web bulletin board searched by the web bulletin searching unit.
