PURPOSE: An electronic flow meter is provided to carry out accurate measurement even in a low flow state of a pipe by employing a plurality of electromotive force sensing electrode pairs and water level sensors. CONSTITUTION: An electronic flow meter comprises field coil pairs, a switching field circuit(10), electromotive force sensing electrode pairs, a first amplifier(40) a first analog to digital converter(60), and a signal processing unit(80). The field coil pairs apply a magnetic field crossing the central axis of a measuring tube at the right angle. The switching field circuit successively applies electric power to the field coil pairs. The electromotive force sensing electrode pairs are arranged opposite to each other within the measuring tube in order to measure electromotive forces induced by the field coils. The first amplifier amplifies the electromotive forces measured by each electromotive force sensing electrode pair. The first analog to digital converter receives the signal amplified by the first amplifier and changes it into the digital signal. The signal processing unit receives the signal from the first analog to digital converter and computes the signal.
