In a fuel cell system, it is possible to suppress fixation of a fluid drive device arranged in a fluid channel connected to a fuel cell body. The fuel cell system (10) includes a fuel cell stack (22), a system body (20) having respective elements for supplying a fuel gas and respective elements for supplying an oxidizing gas; and a control device (80). The control device (80) includes a fluid drive device drive processing unit (88) having a function to forcibly drive the fluid drive device for preventing fixation of the fluid drive device according to judgments made on a non-use time, an operation state of the system body (20), a film impedance state of the fuel cell, a temperature of the fuel cell stack (22), and a dark noise. |
