PURPOSE: A changeable mold device for forming a metal sheet is provided to enable the easy transformation of a metal panel into the section of a desirable shape by the vertical movement of a forming rod of a lower forming unit. CONSTITUTION: A changeable mold device for forming a metal sheet comprises lower and upper forming units(10,20). Multiple forming rods(11) of the lower forming unit are moved up and down by a lower lifting member(12). The section of the forming rod forms the section of the vehicle. Multiple hitting rods(21) of the upper molding unit are installed to correspond to each forming rod. The hitting rod is moved up and down by an upper lifting member(22) and hits a metal plate(a) transferred to the lower forming unit.
