PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a damp-proof panel for a wall is provided to improve work efficiency by selectively assembling an arbitrary size of cover panel according to situation. CONSTITUTION: An assembling structure of a damp-proof panel for a wall comprises a base frame(100), a first cover panel(200), a second cover panel(300), and a panel fixing unit. The base frame comprises a plurality of unit areas in a grid format being installed in a first area of a wall. The first cover panel is coupled to the base frame in order to cover the unit areas of the base frame. The second cover panel, having the same area as the base frame, is installed in a second area of the wall in order so that a damp-proof space is formed between the panel and the wall. The panel fixing unit fixes the base frame and the second cover panel on the wall.
