Constituent elements constituting magnetic filed generation means (2) are connected so that a transmission coil L1 and a capacitor C1 resonate in the first frequency F1. Moreover, constituent elements are connected so that the transmission coil L1 and a capacitor C2 resonate in the second frequency F2. Furthermore, constituent elements function so as to effectively separate the capacitor C1 and capacitor C2 so that they do not interfere at least in the same frequency.
