摘要 PURPOSE: A fluorescent sensor for detecting potassium ion and a sequencing method using the same are provided to detect potassium ion without separate labelling. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting oligonucleotide contains: an aptamer of sequence number 1, and complementary or mismatched single base having fluorescent material. The fluorescent material is Ru(phen)2(dppz)2+(phen=1,10-phenanthroline, dppz=dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine), Ru(phen)32+, ethydium bromide, OliGreen, or CyberGreen. A method for detecting oligonucleotide having complementary or mismatched single base comprises: a step of preparing double strand complex of oligonucleotide having the aptamer and complementary or mismatched single base; a step of inserting the fluorescent material to the double strand complex; and a step of measuring fluorescence change.
