CONSTITUTION: A wiring board(100) includes a board body, a wiring unit, and an organic light emitting device. An integrated circuit chip(400) is mounted on the wiring board. A pad unit(300) is positioned between the wiring board and an integrated circuit chip. The pad unit includes a first conductive layer(310) and a second conducive layer(320). An anisotropic conductive film(500) includes an adhesive layer(510) and a conductive ball(520).
