PURPOSE: A pipe insulating cover is provided to prevent the deformation due to external shock since an adhesive part surrounds a deformation preventing part. CONSTITUTION: A pipe insulating cover comprises a burning-resistant insulating material and a blocking member(200). The insulating material surrounds the outer perimeter of the pipe. The blocking member comprises a deformation preventing part(210), a metal part(220) and an adhesive part(230). The deformation preventing part is extended beyond the perimeter of the insulating material. The metal part is laminated on both sides of the deformation preventing part. The adhesive part is formed along the length of the inner edge, which is extended from the metal part. The adhesive part is adhered along the outer perimeter of the other side of the deformation preventing part.
