PURPOSE: An antibacterial cartridge of a potable water faucet is provided to sterilize bacteria or viruses contained in air flowing in from the outside into the water faucet. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial cartridge of a potable water faucet comprises the following: an end-part of a water supply pipe for the water faucet, screw-combined to one side of the cartridge; a nut unit(10) forming a water supplying hole connected to the water supply pipe; plural antibacterial balls stored inside the nut unit; a guide unit(20) forming a filtering fixture(21) to prevent the antibacterial balls from passing through the water supply hole; and a cap unit(30) combined with a cover(32) maximally flowing in water into the cartridge without the antibacterial balls falling out from the cartridge.
