PURPOSE: A foot massager equipped with an active radical generating system is provided, which can remove and sterilize microorganism and bacteria harmful to the foot. CONSTITUTION: A foot massager equipped with an active radical generating system comprises: a foot massager(200) in which water treatment progress is performed; a pair of electrodes which are inserted into the foot massager and include an upper electrode(311) and a lower electrode(312); and a power supply connector(350) sanctioning power to a pair of electrodes. The component of a pair of electrodes is selected from carbon, titanium nitride, ceramics, tantalum, nickel, tin, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, stainless steel, or their combination. A coating layer is formed in a part or the whole of the electrode surface. The component of the coating layer is selected from platinic compound, iridium compound, tin compound, titanium compound, palladium compound, tantalum compound, rhodium compound, ruthenium compound, or their combination.
