<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a crystal vibrator in which even various kinds of small quantity of crystal vibrators can be efficiently manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: In order to achieve above purpose, the present invention solves problems by including, in a method for manufacturing a crystal vibrator, the steps of: placing a crystal vibrator blank on a crystal vibrator base; calculating electrode shape data of the crystal vibrator based on vibration simulation data of the crystal vibrator for the crystal vibrator blank, automatically transferring the electrode shape data to a CAD system that outputs the electrode shape data, sending the data of the CAD system to a device for dispersing electrode materials, and adjusting a frequency of the crystal vibrator blank simultaneously while forming an electrode of an arbitrary shape on a principal surface of the crystal vibrator blank using the device; and air-tightly sealing the crystal vibrator by covering it with a lid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
